Mental Health Day
This morning, in 4B, we read a book called 'Scrambled Heads'. We discussed how we feel today, what mental health is and how we can help ourselves or others if our thoughts and feelings are negative.
This afternoon, we also took part in a LIVE lesson with BBC which discussed all about growth mindset and mental well-being. We took part in activities and had an afternoon of mindfulness.
We hope to see these fabulous, smiling faces as much as possible. TOGETHER WE ARE STRONGER! :)
