Mental Health Awareness Week Year 3

During our PSHE lesson today, we talked about feelings especially sadness, anger and anxiety. We read a book called 'Willy and the Cloud' and discussed ways in which we can help manage these feelings by talking about them and using relaxation strategies.

We made our own clouds with positive actions that can help with managing feelings and also had a go at guided relaxation.
