4F started our gymnastics topic in PE and learnt some basic shapes such as pike, straddle and front support. We then worked in pairs to create a routine using partner balances.

4F received our fish eggs today from Emily at Ribble Rivers Trust. We had a great morning learning all about the different stages that our fish eggs will go through whilst we are looking after them. This has been made possible by Darwen Rotary and Ribble Rivers Trust and we are very grateful for the amazing opportunity we have been given! We can't wait for our eggs to hatch and then we can release them into the wild in a few months. Stay tuned for more updates about our eggs!

We investigated the difference between high and low pitch sounds in our Science lesson this afternoon. Some of our pan pipes were really helpful to our investigation and some not so much!
