We had a great DT lesson learning how to cut, slice, grate, mix and pour different foods to prepare ourselves for making our healthy smoothies this week!

4F were learning how to peel, chop, slice and dice in our D.T lesson this afternoon.

4F had a great time tasting existing products that are available to put in a sandwich. This will help us to choose what we want to put in our sandwiches that we are going to make.

This week in Reception, we have been reading Pumpkin Soup. We linked the story to our literacy learning and our topic on Harvest. The children helped make real pumpkin soup by slicing, scooping, and chopping the ingredients. Mrs Martin then blended the soup, and we all had a taste today – it was souperlicious!
