Football Team

📸 ⚽️ Wow.. what a day it’s been for our football team 🤩. The boys spent the afternoon at Blackburn Rovers Academy at Brockhall and were lucky to be coached by BRFC under 18’s players including James Edmondson who has played in the first team this year 🙌🏻. The team then shot straight over to Witton Park to play in the final fixtures of the Darwen football league. Avondale played brilliantly to win the final game 2-0 which saw us finish in 6th place out of 14 schools overall. All of the boys have been an absolute credit to Avondale, displayed all of our values and we are incredibly proud of them👏🏻 ✔️.
