Science Enquiry

Year 3 have been using a range of enquiry skills such as observing over time and comparative tests to explore what plants need, and the function of the stem.

They have set up a test that looks at what happens if we remove an element that a plant needs to survive, and also used coloured water to see how water is transported around a plant.

They used planning grids to discuss what they would do and to predict what would happen.
