There was so much excitement today as our children got to visit the Lancashire School Library Bus! They loved choosing and exchanging their books — it’s wonderful to see their enthusiasm for reading grow with every visit. Another fun-filled week in Reception!🎆💖
This week we have been super busy! We enjoyed lots of exciting Bonfire/firework-themed activities in our provision, had a visit from one of our wonderful parents who taught us how to prepare food safely, and explored different representations of the number 5. We’re looking forward to another fantastic week ahead. Have a wonderful weekend, everybody!

Evaluating existing products in 4F.
4F had a great time tasting existing products that are available to put in a sandwich. This will help us to choose what we want to put in our sandwiches that we are going to make.

Using simple animation software, they learned how to bring their ideas and stories to life, one frame at a time. The children began by designing their own characters and backgrounds, then experimented with making small changes between each frame to create the illusion of movement. They were amazed to see their drawings come alive on screen — whether it was a rocket blasti

2P Forest School
2P have had a fabulous half term at Forest School. This week they played in our outside Forest School area, toasted marshmallows on the fire and made smores or took part in craft activities. They even caught a glimpse of 'the dragon' we have been looking for all term who was running through the bushes. Thank you to Miss Braysford for leading these sessions.
